(either one meeting max 2 hours, or 2 one-hour meetings) that can focus on preparation for the staff sensitisation as well as a specific topic of the team's choosing.
(1 ½ to 2 hours per workshop). This needs to include as many staff working on campus who have interactions with learners daily
The workshops cover the same material, two workshops allow for smaller groups, increasing participation and engagement
Our recommendation is that you have a Junior Primary and a Senior Primary workshop
This sensitisation workshop covers what inappropriate sexual behaviour between children is, the continuum of sexual behaviours
(Hackett's Continuum), the role of the staff member, and dealing with fears, questions and concerns
