Linda Smallbones

Social Worker, Play Therapy Practitioner

Linda Smallbones; social worker with 24 years of experience. She spends most of her time as a play therapy practitioner with children between 3 and 13 years of age. The rest of her working hours she works directly with caregivers, writes blogs and training content, and loves facilitating interactive workshops on a variety of topics.

Linda is doing this work because she has seen an increase in children with inappropriate sexual behaviour in her private practice over recent years and feels strongly about the need for a broader response to this issue. Linda will be spearheading this project at this time.

With a calm, warm presence, Sandy brings deep therapeutic expertise and evidence based approaches into her work—whether she's in a playroom with a child, consulting, or supporting others. Sandy is particularly passionate about working alongside professionals in education, social work, and mental health.
