School Staff Training
This is for boarding staff where relevant. This training should follow the sensitisation workshop and should be part of the wider safeguarding responses in the school.
One management team meeting including boarding staff representation (up to 2 hours, or two meetings of 1 hour each) to refine areas of training and school policy to be communicated to boarding staff.
One boarding staff workshop (1 and a half to 2 hours) specifically focused on keeping children safe in the boarding establishment.
Note that travel is billed separately
